Universities

University faculty and staff can participate in the new Health Impact Program (HIP), an incentive based wellness program, to receive up to $200 through the engagement of various wellness activities. Visit totalwellbeing.az.gov to register for the HIP program.

 

Arizona State University Employees
Learn more about the wellness activities through the Employee Wellness Program. If  you have questions regarding wellness offerings at your campus, please contact Elizabeth.Badalamenti@asu.edu.

When creating a HIP account, ASU employees must enter 9-digit ASU Campus ID/Alternate ID number that begins with 99 and found on paycheck, directly under your name and employee ID.

 

University of Arizona Employees
Enroll in the HIP program and visit UA Life & Work Connections Employee Wellness and Health Promotion for information about UA Life & Work Connections classes and offerings that qualify for HIP points.  If you have questions regarding wellness offerings at your campus, please contact at cldavis@email.arizona.edu.

When creating a HIP account, UofA employees must enter 9-digit Alternate Employee ID number found on UAccess under Benefits tile and Insurance Summary link; Use the Alternate Employee ID on the right (Do not use the Empl ID at the top)

 

Northern Arizona University Employees
To create a HIP account, enter 77 followed by the 7-digit NAU ID number with no leading zeros; NAU ID number found on Jacks card or on LOUIE/Peoplesoft account.
